Handling cases

When you use our services, purchase products, request a quote or request information, we use your personal data to provide you with the best possible service. We keep this information until your order has been completed and for seven years thereafter due to the legal retention obligation.

Contact form and Newsletter:

You can ask us questions or make requests via the contact form. We use your email address, telephone number and name and address details for this. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions and improve our customer service.

E-mail traffic and advertising: 

We would like to send you emails and messages about our services or products, by email or via social media. You can object to these emails or advertising at any time. 

Provision to other companies and institutions: 

Apart from our partners, we do not, under any circumstances, provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless required by law (for example at the request of the police if a crime is suspected.
