Duitsland: digitaal registreren
Nederland wordt door Duitsland toegevoegd aan de lijst met gebieden met een hoog risico. Vanaf dinsdag 6 april 2021 om 00:00 uur hebben chauffeurs de verplichting om zich te registreren en te testen (zie onderstaande informatie) voor ze Duitsland in rijden.
LET OP!
- Transportpersoneel is vrijgesteld van de verplichting om te testen als het personeel zich slechts 72 uur in een gebied met hoge incidentie heeft bevonden of slechts 72 uur in Duitsland zal zijn
- Als men minder dan 24 uur in Duitsland blijft, is men vrijgesteld van registratie.
- Als men transit door Duitsland gaat, is men ook uitgezonderd van zowel registratieplicht als testverplichting.
Verplichting om te registreren
Voor personen die in de 10 dagen voorafgaand aan het betreden van het Duitse grondgebied in gebieden met een hoog risico zijn geweest, is er een verplichting om zich te registreren via deze website. Er is een uitzondering op de registratieplicht als het gebied met een hoog risico zonder verblijf wordt doorkruist (transitverkeer).
Verplichting om te testen
Voor de transportsector geldt een uitzondering: bij verblijf van 72 uur of korter hoeven personen die werkzaam zijn in de transportsector geen negatieve test te laten zien. Ook voor transportpersoneel dat bijvoorbeeld naar Duitsland moet reizen in verband met het ophalen of repareren van een truck, geldt de uitzondering voor een testverplichting tot een verblijf van max 72 uur.

The Netherlands is added by Germany to the list of high-risk areas. From Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 00:00 hours, drivers have the obligation to register and test (see information below) before entering Germany.
PAY ATTENTION!:
- Transport personnel are exempted from the obligation to test if the personnel have been in a high incidence area for only 72 hours or will be in Germany for only 72 hours
- If you stay in Germany for less than 24 hours, you are exempt from registration.
- When going through Germany in transit, you are exempt from registration as well as testing requirements.
Obligation to register
For persons who have been in high-risk areas in the 10 days prior to entering German territory, there is an obligation to register through this website. There is an exception to the registration requirement if the area with a high risk is crossed without a stay (transit traffic).
Obligation to test
An exception applies for the transport sector: persons working in the transport sector do not have to show a negative test for a stay of less than 72 hours. For transport personnel who, for example, have to travel to Germany in connection with the collection or repair of a truck, the exception applies for a test obligation of 72 hours.
